Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Atelier Phyl. Each hat and headpiece is meticulously handcrafted to order, and we truly appreciate your support of independent millinery.

As all our designs are made to order, we do not offer refunds. However, we want you to feel happy with your purchase. If your headpiece does not meet your expectations, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at info@atelierphyl.com, and we will do our best to assist you and offer store credit where applicable.

Eligibility for Store Credit

To qualify for store credit, the item must be:

  • Unworn and in its original condition, free from makeup, perfume, hairspray, or any product stains.
  • Returned in its original packaging for assessment.

Store Credit & Exchanges

  • Store credit, where applicable, is non-transferable and must be used within 12 months.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If returning an item valued over £50 (US$75), we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the item.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
