Each Atelier PhYL hat is handcrafted to the highest standards, with meticulous attention to detail.

Ready-to-Ship Items: These items are available for immediate dispatch.

Made-to-Order Items: Production times are typically 3-4 weeks, as indicated on each product page.

Need a Hat Sooner?

If you require your hat sooner, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A rush order service is available for an additional 25% fee to cover the costs of expedited production. To ensure timely delivery, please include the date of your occasion in the Additional Notes section at checkout.

Bespoke Orders

Local Pickup

You can collect your order from our atelier by appointment. Please select the Local Pickup option at checkout, and we will contact you to arrange a convenient time.

International Shipping & Import Duties

Shipping costs vary based on the destination and package size. For an accurate quote, including express delivery options, please contact us before placing your order.

For international orders, your country may charge import taxes, customs duties, or handling fees upon delivery. These charges are set by local customs authorities and must be covered by the recipient.
