Founded by Hong Kong-based milliner Phoebe Leung, Atelier Phyl embodies her passion for artistry and her extensive experience in bespoke hat-making. Phoebe’s journey began at Jaycow Millinery in Hong Kong, where she refined her skills. Seeking to elevate her craft further, she studied at Kensington and Chelsea College in London, where her designs were showcased at Fenwick’s pre-Royal Ascot event. Her career continued to flourish at Stephen Jones Millinery, where she contributed to bespoke creations for renowned fashion houses, including Christian Dior and Thom Browne.
Since returning to Hong Kong, Phoebe has expanded her collections to encompass both everyday hats and exquisite occasion pieces. Her work has been featured in leading fashion publications and prestigious events, including the Royal Ascot Style Guide, and she takes great pride in creating bespoke pieces for private clients and concerts.
